This newsletter is to inform you of our new wine releases, current stock and current prices. If you have visited us you will know that we are a small, family run winery, dedicated to the production of quality varietal wines.
The production of our wine is based on the principles of
organic growing and environmental conservation. We believe in minimal
intervention when processing our fruit into wine allowing the wine to make
itself.
Our winemaking philosophy has reaped its rewards; Thistle Hill has won gold medals and trophies at the 1998 and 1989 Mudgee Wine Shows for our Cabernet Sauvignon.
In 1989 we joined the Society for the Appellation of the
Wines of Mudgee, and our new labels contain the appellation symbol. The aim of
the society is to guarantee the origin and authenticity of the wines which bear
the accredited mark, and we believe this is in keeping with the quality image we
aim to project.
We believe you will enjoy our medal winning wines - they are elegant and stylish, with excellent fruit flavours.
