Thistle Hill Cottage
Thistle Hill has a fully self-contained bed and breakfast cottage, nestled among an established vineyard and olive grove and overlooking the picturesque Erudgere Valley. Visitors to the three-bedroom cottage can enjoy absolute peace and quiet, with native birds in the morning and millions of stars at night. The cottage offers three double bedrooms, a lounge room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor entertaining area with a barbeque. It sleeps six comfortably.

Bird Watching
Mudgee is home to more than 160 of Australia's native bird species with Capertree Valley being home to the Regent Honey Eater and the Lyrebird. At Thistle Hill we have planted native trees to encourage native birds to our vineyard. So when you stay at our vineyard you don't have to leave to comfort of the cottage to spot some beautiful birds.
Yabbying
If you visit us during the summer months and looking for something to do with the children, then try yabbying in one of our dams the children will love it and they might just catch enough to have with a glass of Thistle Hill Sparkling Rose.
